We use MSN messenger for this facility, so If you use Microsoft MSN Messenger then you can simply add us to your list and you can ask away!
Instructions:
1 - Open your MSN window, and select the "Add a Contact" Icon
2 - Now add our MSN in the "Instant Messaging Address" field
3 - Now follow the steps on the screen, and you’re done!
